At Aquamarine Gallery, we ship our natural gemstone jewelry worldwide. This policy outlines our shipping zones, rates, processing times, and delivery information.

Shipping Zones

We ship to the following zones:

  • Local Zone: Muscat City (within Muscat Governorate)
  • Rest of Oman: All areas outside Muscat City
  • GCC Countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain
  • Rest of World: International destinations (excluding Israel)

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to Israel. We accept deliveries to PO boxes in all zones.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery of your order:

  • Oman and GCC: Genacom, Nool, Oman Post
  • International (Rest of World): DHL, FedEx, Aramex

The specific carrier used will depend on your destination and the shipping method selected. Shipping speed may vary based on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Rates

Oman (Local and Rest of Oman):

  • FREE shipping on orders 20 OMR and above
  • 2 OMR flat rate for orders below 20 OMR

GCC Countries:

  • 4 OMR flat rate

Rest of World (International):

  • Shipping cost varies based on package size, weight, and destination
  • Exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout

Large or Heavy Packages: Very large or heavy packages may incur additional shipping costs in any zone. You will be notified of any additional charges before your order is processed.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the processing period:

  • Oman (Local and Rest of Oman): 1-2 business days after processing
  • GCC Countries: Up to 7 business days after processing
  • Rest of World: Delivery time varies depending on carrier and destination (typically 7-21 business days)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, and public holidays.

Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's tracking system. For assistance with tracking, please contact the carrier directly using the support information provided.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments include insurance coverage. In the event of loss or damage during transit, the shipping carrier is responsible. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for more information about damaged shipments.

Delivery Signature

For security and proof of delivery:

  • Orders above 100 OMR: Signature required upon delivery
  • Orders 100 OMR and below: Signature may not be required; carrier may leave package at delivery address

International Orders - Customs and Duties

For international shipments outside the GCC:

  • Customs duties and taxes: The customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by the destination country
  • Customs clearance: Delays may occur during customs processing, which is beyond our control
  • Documentation: We will provide any necessary paperwork and assistance from our side to facilitate customs clearance
  • Refused shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred

We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential duties and taxes before placing an international order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. The customer is responsible for any issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses, including:

  • Return shipping fees if the package is returned to us
  • Reshipment fees to send the package to the correct address
  • Any additional carrier fees incurred

We are not responsible for packages delivered to the address you provided, even if that address is incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for more details.

If you believe your package is lost in transit (not yet delivered), please contact us immediately at info@aquamarine-gallery.com so we can work with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Order Fulfillment

Please note that we handle all shipping and fulfillment manually. Orders are carefully packaged to ensure your jewelry arrives safely. We do not use automated shipping systems.
